We aim to ship your made to measure curtains and made to measure blinds to you as soon as possible. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking details directly from UPS, where you’ll also be able to update your delivery preference.
The Stitched team is very proud of the quality of its curtains, roman blinds, roller blinds and the other products it sells. However, if you are not happy with your product, Stitched will work very hard to resolve any issues you may have. Please contact the team - - - hello@stitched.co.uk. Due to the custom nature of our products they cannot be returned, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of an order being placed. Please see our terms + conditions for more detailed information.
All customers will receive an order confirmation email, which clearly states your measurements and specifications for each item ordered. We recommend double checking this information as all orders are made to measure and unable to be returned. We always recommend customers ordering a fabric sample before placing an order, as digital screens can vary in colour and shade representation.
The majority of our curtains and blinds will have seams. This is unavoidable because of the standard width that most fabrics are milled in.
